Silver Spring, Maryland July 15, 2009 - AMDEX Corporation President and CEO, Devinder K. Singh, is pleased to announce that the Maryland firm has been awarded an IDIQ contract with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
This contract provides for the maintenance, service, and support for the AHRQ National Resource Center (NRC) for Health Information Technology for Domain IV – Health IT Portal Infrastructure Management and Website Design and Usability Support. The contract will remain in effect for a one year-base period and four one-year option periods.
President and CEO Devinder Singh said, “Under the AHRQ – IDIQ contract, AMDEX will provide services to improve the quality, safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of healthcare. We are excited about this new partnership and look forward to the opportunity of working with this agency.”

Silver Spring, Maryland May 21, 2009 - AMDEX Corporation President and CEO Devinder K. Singh is proud to announce that the Silver Spring firm has been awarded Maryland Consulting and Technical Services (MCATS) II Master Contract.
The Master Contract is effective June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2014, and is to enable State of Maryland government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS II, the State of Maryland will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.

During a Homeland Security Awards ceremony, DHS Director of Small Business, Kevin Boshears, noted that AMDEX received the outstanding recognition for its contribution in supporting Homeland Security’s Custom and Border Protection in meeting its critical mission to protect our borders.
AMDEX President and CEO Devinder Singh stated that “AMDEX is proud to be recognized by DHS and Customs and Border Protection. AMDEX received the Achievement Award for its performance at Custom and Border Protection’s National Data Center (NDC). AMDEX is the prime contractor for the NDC’s computer operations. This is a 24/7/365 project to manage and run the center with a staff of nearly 100 personnel.

Silver Spring, Maryland March 2009 – Devinder K. Singh, President and CEO, is pleased to announce that Nathaniel Miles has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for the Silver Spring, Maryland Information Technology and Professional services firm.
With over 10 years of service to AMDEX, Mr. Miles’ new role with AMDEX entails the oversight of all account operations for AMDEX and the identification of new business opportunities. According to Mr. Miles, “I am honored to have been selected for this position. This new role will allow me to focus my years of technical implementation and project management in a way that helps the company’s continued growth.” Mr. Miles’s previous responsibilities as Director of Operations included oversight of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce, and Health and Human Services accounts.
