January 1, 2011, Silver Spring, Maryland - Ms. Devinder Singh, President and CEO, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathaniel (Nat) Miles to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for AMDEX Corporation headquartered in Silver Spring, MD. The appointment becomes effective on January 1, 2011.
Most recently, Mr. Miles served as Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of all AMDEX projects. In that capacity, he planned, directed, and coordinated company operations at the following Federal Government departments: Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection & U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Commerce/U.S. Census Bureau, Department of Transportation/Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Defense/U.S. Army.
Ms. Singh said, “I am delighted that Nat will assume the role of COO. Especially during these challenging fiscal times, it is critical to have someone with solid public sector administrative experience helping to manage the operations of the Company. He is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully overseeing large operations.”
According to Mr. Miles,” I am excited to have been chosen for this key role at AMDEX and look forward to using my experience to contribute to the growth of this Company.” Mr. Miles has been with AMDEX for over 13 years in various capacities. Through these roles he has demonstrated superior leadership and the ability to expertly handle mission critical projects.
Mr. Miles holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and has over 20 Years of experience in Information Technology Leadership positions.
